The first part of the course explores a number of factors that give rise to learners requiring additional support in the mainstream classroom, including:
- dyslexia
- dyspraxia
- ADHD
- Asperger Syndrome
Part 2 reviews some interventions that have been used to provide effective support for individual learners and Part 3 goes on to look at a range of reasonable adjustments that all teachers may put in place to make the curriculum accessible to all.
