Each 5 hour course offers significant classroom activity with tutor support available online and provides the opportunity for participants to submit work to the course tutor for comment.

These Case Studies, based on the real life experiences of dyslexic children are designed to follow the successful CPD Bytes course Hidden Dyslexia by Moira Thomson. The materials provided for the classroom-based activities are designed to enable teachers to identify Hidden Dyslexia in their own pupils and to explore possible barriers to learning in their delivery of the curriculum. Guidance is provided to enable a learning profile of a child to be produced - and this may be submitted (by arrangement) to the course tutor for comment.

Inclusion: Developing a Pupil Profile – a follow up to Inclusion – Introduction to SEN for Classroom Teachers (5 hours + CPD including)
This interactive course explores barriers to learning in a mainstream classroom and includes practical classroom activities designed to help teachers develop a profile of the learning needs of an individual pupil. Course members are offered the opportunity to submit the pupil profiles they have developed to course tutors for comment.
